30 Articles, 30 Journals, 30 Days is a project founded by Miami Dade College’s InterAmerican Campus, in partnership with International Solidarity for Human Rights (ISHR).
The purpose of the project was to promote awareness and dissemination of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights through visual art and writing.
Students and staff were exposed to the 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights around campus and had the chance to express their interpretations through artwork and writing. All submitted works were published in one of the 30 journals – one journal for each article of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
I was fourtunate to participate and was asked to intrepret Article 30, No One Can Take Away My Rights.
